Lara works with adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, identity concerns, relationship and attachment difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Her approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and tailored to each person�s needs.
