Lara is a registered psychologist who provides a warm, collaborative, and emotionally attuned approach to therapy. Drawing from Schema Therapy and attachment theory, she supports clients to explore early emotional experiences, unmet needs, and longstanding patterns, fostering greater self-awareness and self-compassion.

Lara works with adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, identity concerns, relationship and attachment difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Her approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and tailored to each person�s needs.

Lara offers a consistent, supportive therapeutic space that encourages reflection and emotional growth. She values the therapeutic relationship as a key vehicle for change, and is committed to helping individuals build more authentic and compassionate ways of relating to themselves and others.
