I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and burnout, often related to challenges with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and childhood trauma. I particularly enjoy working with neurodiverse people and people from the LGBTQIA community. My focus is on helping to improve people's self-confidence, relationships, work, sleep, and fulfilment in life.
I am a registered clinical psychologist with AHPRA, and take pride in providing evidence-based, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity affirming therapy. I love helping people find compassion and acceptance for themselves while also empowering them to step outside their comfort zone to start building a more fulfilling life.
