In my professional experience, I've worked with children, young adults, adults, and couples struggling with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and relationship problems through transitional periods of their lives. I believe therapy is a space for self-reflection, identity exploration, understanding patterns, and changing them to improve your life. I aim to support you in figuring out how to live more in alignment with your Ikigai, which means your "reason for being" or "purpose."
In therapy, I am warm and assertive. I will provide a space for you to express yourself freely without judgment. Outside of my job as a Psychologist, I am also passionate about art, creativity, and physical health; I challenge myself through long-distance running and attend drawing classes to improve my observation skills.
