Kat is a clinical psychologist who provides a warm, welcoming space to support clients in working towards improved social, emotional, and mental well-being. She values the unique qualities and life circumstances of each individual, tailoring her approach to meet their needs through a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. Grounded in an attachment-based framework, Kat recognises the lasting impact of early life and interpersonal experiences on present-day functioning. She is passionate about working collaboratively and using a person-centred approach to empower clients to gain insight and create meaningful change in their lives.
In addition to therapeutic support, she offers cognitive, memory, and academic assessments, as well as neurodivergent-affirming assessments for the identification of Autism and ADHD.
