Kat is a general psychologist with a masters level education in clinical psychology. She is a clinical registrar, published researcher, and has several years of mental health experience in public and community organisations, residential treatment facilities, and private practice settings.

Kat provides a welcoming, relaxed, and non-judgemental space to support children, young people, and adults work towards improving their social, emotional, and mental well-being. She appreciates the unique qualities and circumstances of each individual and strives to tailor support to best meet their needs by drawing from a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. Kat operates from an attachment-based framework that acknowledges the ongoing impact of early life and relational experiences on present day functioning.
