Natasha is a Psychologist who completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University after gaining a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Sydney. Natasha works with adults and older adolescents, focusing on the treatment of anxiety disorders (e.g., generalised anxiety, health anxiety, OCD), trauma-related disorders, difficulties with emotional regulation, perfectionism, mood, as well as supporting neurodivergent individuals. She has a particular interest in the treatment of OCD. She also has clinical and research experience working with individuals and families in navigating a cancer diagnosis.
Natasha values a compassionate and collaborative approach with her clients. She draws upon evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, dependent on what seems like the best fit for the individual.
