I have a great passion for working together with people to explore their inner experiences and finding the tools that may help them live more closely in line with what matters to them. I have a special interest in working with people who have experiences of trauma and grief, either from childhood or recently. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including people with substance use challenges, low vision, chronic pain, and perinatal clients.
I draw on CBT, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I use a compassionate and collaborative approach, using evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs. I am eager to learn about your life with you and how to use your existing strengths. I believe in working at the pace you are at, striving to make a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
