Miss Amanda Roche   MAPS

Telehealth available

Mandy is a registered psychologist who provides individual counselling to adults (aged 18 years and older) addressing a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

Mandy focuses on evidence-based therapies to inform her practice, specifically Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), and tailors these approaches to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual.

Mandy understands that the foundation of effective therapy lies in a strong, collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client. Mandy is committed to ensuring that her clients feel heard and understood, fostering a non-judgemental space where clients feel supported as they navigate their mental health journeys. Maintaining warmth, empathy, and mutual respect are at the core of Mandys therapeutic practice.
