I am a registered psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology and a strong commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care. I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is warm, respectful, and collaborative. I aim to create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ACT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches. My work is also trauma-informed and explores attachment-based principles.
Before training as a psychologist, I worked in broadcasting and community settings, which shaped my appreciation for the diverse ways people make sense of their experiences and navigate challenges. I bring this curiosity and respect for individual stories into my clinical work.
