Hello and welcome. I provide support to adults to help improve their lives, using a holistic and non-judgemental approach, and I am inclusive of diversity.
I assist people with a diverse range of psychological issues, such as: anxiety and mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, addiction and eating disorders, attachment and relationship problems, health issues and chronic pain, and personality disorders.
Therapeutic modalities I use, include: Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I see clients on Monday and Friday, In-Person or Telehealth.
