I'm Daniel, a registered psychologist with a deep curiosity about people's inner worlds, histories, and relationships. I aim to create a space that feels emotionally safe free from assumptions, judgment, or pressure.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I've been shaped by mentors I deeply respect, and over time, I've developed a process of gently weaving relations between parts of ourselves, our past and present, and our relationships.
I've supported people through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, shame and obsessions across diverse settings, including First Nations and migrant communities. I hold deep respect for the social, cultural, and intergenerational forces that shape distress and healing.
If something here resonates, I'd welcome the chance to connect.
