Kelly is a dedicated and experienced psychologist with a deep passion for supporting individuals and their families with issues such as grief, loss, bereavement, chronic illness, psycho-oncology, transitions, loneliness, isolation, depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, trauma, and living with neurodegenerative conditions. Kelly also has extensive experience supporting those diagnosed (and their carers) with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Kelly's approach is warm and person-centered, emphasising empowerment and support at every stage and challenge of life. Her therapeutic practice is predominately grounded in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, all tailored to help clients achieve their psychological goals effectively. Kelly holds multiple qualifications from Monash University and RMIT with her research related to addiction published internationally.
