Cindy is a clinical psychologist and founder of White Poppy Psychology, a Telehealth practice supporting adults and young people Australia wide. She has a passion for supporting individuals to reclaim their life and sense of well-being through the human connection and safety that her unique approach to therapy provides.
Cindy has extensive experience in the areas of attachment difficulties and eating disorders, however also sees clients with a diverse range of concerns including perinatal challenges, relationships concerns, parenting struggles, bullying and school concerns, low self-worth and trauma.
Cindy works from a holistic, non-pathologising framework, with a focus on building a deep relationship where clients feel seen and understood. She incorporates multiple disciplines such as psychology, physiology and spirituality into her work. Cindy focuses not just on the mind but also on the body and relationships, seeking to understand root causes for pain and struggle on an individual basis.
