I work with school-aged children, adolescents, adults and older adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. I have a particular interest in anxiety (social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, OCD) and depression (including geriatric), perfectionism, stress and burnout, bullying, life adjustments, school-based difficulties, relationship difficulties (including sexuality), and family issues. I offer an inclusive and accepting practice for LGBTIQA+, neuro- and cultural-diverse people and those that care for them.
�My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, focused on providing tailored therapeutic approaches for each individual. I practise in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT; CBT-ERP), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and incorporate values-based, mindfulness and play practices.�
