I have worked in private practice, aged care, out of home care (foster care), and in the disability sector, across Sydney and regional New South Wales.
I enjoy working with adults of all ages and I support clients with anxiety, panic, worry, stress and burnout, low mood, depression, insomnia, adjusting to life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma.
My primary treatment approaches are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I might incorporate Mindfulness, aspects of Schema Therapy, and Self Compassion principals depending on the needs of my clients.
My therapeutic approach is open and genuine, and tailored to the needs of my clients. I aim to provide a safe and caring space where my clients can be themselves and share their story at their own pace, as we work together towards their therapy goals.
