Hi, I'm Frank, a clinical psychologist and board-approved supervisor. I work with individuals and couplesfocusing on ADHD, adjustment disorders, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, trauma/PTSD, issues of LGBTQIA+ people, and relationship issues.

In individual therapy, I use a range of approaches, including emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT), LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, CBT, mindfulness-based approaches and exposure therapy.

In couples therapy, I blend emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT) with systemic therapy and Gottman method couples therapy.

My working languages are English and German. I was born in Spain, raised in Germany and migrated to Australia with my husband.
