With additional experience in the mental health sector, as a counsellor and therapeutic art facilitator, spanning private, not-for-profit and hospital settings, Michelle has experience working therapeutically with a wide range of people.
In addition to one-on-one therapy, Michelle is a skilled group therapist and facilitator, trained and experienced in delivering diagnosis specific, structured therapy groups, for mood disorders, ADHD, sleep disorders, and trauma recovery. She maintains a special interest in creativity and psychological wellbeing, and delivers creative workshops aimed at supporting individuals and organisations to adapt, heal and thrive through creative expression.
