Matthew has extensive experience with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobia, trauma, PTSD, depression, ADHD, anger management, grief, insomnia, persistent pain, addiction, and personality disorder.
Matthew employs evidence-based treatments tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and schema therapy.
Prior to private practice, Matthew worked as a clinical psychologist in an acute mental health setting treating complex presentations. Matthew has extensive experience working alongside general practitioners and psychiatrists to provide coordinated care.
