I use a person-centred and integrative approach, with a special focus on the schema therapy framework and emotional aspects. I often integrate other frameworks such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic theories, Emotion-Focussed Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
