I work with adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, low mood, grief, or feeling stuck in familiar patterns. Therapy offers space to pause, gain clarity, and explore how past experiences and current dynamics may be contributing to distress. I take a collaborative and considered approach, with close attention to each individual�s needs, history, and hopes for change. Sessions are offered in person and via telehealth. I have a particular interest in supporting those feeling uncertain about their direction, role, or sense of self, as well as those working through family and relationship conflict or life transitions.
