Catherine has experience working with adults, adolescents and children from different cultural backgrounds. She has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, social difficulties, and other areas of concern. She takes on a client-centred approach and believes collaboration, understanding and openness being fundamental elements for her sessions. Catherine also has experience conducting psychological assessments to assess behavioural, intelligence and cognitive ability for children and adults.
