Timshel takes a warm, gentle, caring approach to his clients, journeying with each person to better understand stuggles, unpack personal and relationship dynamics, explore creative solutions to difficult problems, and develop new coping strategies and skills to aid their recovery in a wholistic, supportive environment.

Timshel has experience working across a wide range of ages, from school-aged children to older adults. He understands and has experience supporting people with a range of mental health presentations, including depression, anxiety, stress and trauma, OCD, hoarding, eating disorders, grief and loss, behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and Autism, and he has substantial experience working with trauma, suicide, self-harming behaviour, alcohol and substance use, other addictive behaviour (eg. gaming, gambling, and pornography), and personality disorders.
