Daniel is the Principal Clinical Psychologist at Thought Science Psychology Clinic. Daniel aims to work collaboratively with his clients to identify key problem areas that are impacting their current life and to provide goal directed treatment plans.

Daniel would describe his approach as empathic and honest. He understands that each individual has complex experiences that can cause difficult emotions, thoughts and problem behaviours. Daniel believes that having a strong therapeutic relationship and a deep understanding of core emotional experiences can bring awareness, clarity and promote mental wellbeing.

Daniel works best with individuals that experience longstanding emotional difficulties that cause behaviours that get in the way of life. He has a special interest in Schema Therapy, which looks at unmet core emotional needs of the client during development and how that impacts current day thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
