I have over a decade of experience working with young people and adults across a variety of settings. I have experience supporting children, adolescents and adults through transitions, as well as knowledge of assessment and counselling approaches for common mental health conditions. I aim to foster a collaborative approach to therapy, and strive to create a compassionate and non-judgemental space for clients, with the goal of supporting each individual to meet their full potential.
I am experienced in the assessment of common conditions including Specific Learning Disorders (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), mood disorders and Autism . I have a special passion for working with neurodivergent girls and women.
I use a range of therapeutic approaches based upon the needs of the individual, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy.
