Mridula is a Registered Psychologist with an M.A. in Psychology and an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology. She works with individuals to navigate emotional challenges, manage stress and anxiety, improve relationships, and foster personal growth and self-discovery.
Her approach is integrative, client-centered, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based practices.
Guided by the humanistic philosophy of Carl R. Rogers, she believes in creating a compassionate and supportive space where individuals can explore their potential and work towards meaningful change.
