Alex holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Professional Psychology and has experience working in the private sector with individuals from diverse ages, backgrounds, and presentations. Alex is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Alex has a special interest in sleep disorders and is passionate about helping individuals improve their sleep and overall well-being. She is a member of the Australasian Sleep Association and a certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) practitioner, using evidence-based techniques to support clients in overcoming sleep challenges.

With a strong foundation in evidence-based interventions, Alex prioritises empathy and understanding to tailor her approach to each individual's unique needs and goals. She is committed to fostering personal growth, supporting mental well-being, and helping clients achieve their therapeutic objectives.
