I am a Melbourne based psychologist with a passion for supporting people. I am particularly interested in but do not limit my areas of practice to supporting people with anxiety, adult ADHD, fertility issues and going through the pre/post natal period.

This may involve assisting you to develop improved coping strategies, insight into unhelpful interpersonal patterns, adjust unhelpful thinking, improve emotional understanding and your ability to regulate those emotions, become a more effective problem solver, gain greater self awareness, confidence and comfort in your own skin, and to achieve your goals in a way that fits with your personal values.
