I work with adults (18+) experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety and depression, work/study/ general stress, burnout, grief, interpersonal/ relationship issues, as well as LGBTQIA+ and self-esteem related difficulties.
I use a mix of evidence-based approaches in a collaborative, relatable and non-judgmental way to help clients work through their difficulties and reach their goals. Sometimes some humour even sneaks into the room.
Prior to becoming a psychologist, I worked as an accountant for many years and have a unique understanding of corporate cultures and workplace related stressors.
