Telehealth available

I am a clinical psychologist who offers a compassionate, evidence-based approach for ages 8+. My passion lies in helping people navigate life's challenges and reach their full potential. I believe in empowering individuals to overcome obstacles, manage symptoms, and live a more fulfilling life aligned with their values.

I support a range of clients managing chronic pain, chronic conditions, grief, anxiety, trauma, depression, and more. Together, I work to support clients towards growth, self-compassion, and lasting change.

Feel free to contact me via email or visit my website for further information.
