My priority is to provide a warm and authentic therapeutic experience where you feel safe to explore your stressors and challenges. Together, we will collaboratively define goals for therapy and work towards them to assist you in improving your mental health and quality of life.
I have experience working with government and not-for-profit organisations providing therapy to adults, adolescents and children facing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep difficulties, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and stress.
I utilise a variety of evidence-based therapies depending on what best suits you and your presenting problems. I have received training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema therapy.
I work with both adolescents (15+ years) and adults.
