I am a psychologist/clinical psychology registrar in Canberra. I provide clinical assessment, psychoeducation, psychological interventions and psychotherapy for a range of individual and interpersonal problems and for mental health disorders. This includes, but is not limited to, coping with stress or burnout, adjustment difficulties, impacts of trauma, grief and loss, relationship and communication issues, emotion regulation difficulties, feelings of low self-worth, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.

My approach is person-centred, compassionate and evidence-based. I will work collaboratively with you and be guided by your individual needs, drawing on my training and experience in cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT/ACT/DBT), motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapies (Schema/AEDP/Gestalt), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.

I am available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and accepting new referrals for adults aged 18+.
