Heather considers clients the experts in their own lives and is invested in walking alongside them to understand their unique needs, strengths, and barriers on the way to a better quality of life. She aims to create a safe, collaborative space where the messiness of being human can be explored with warmth, humour, and compassion. Her interest areas include:

Heather can also provide some assessment services. She uses integrated modalities in her approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of techniques. She has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) with extra competencies in the use of dissociation and pain protocols.
