Melanie is a registered psychologist with five years' experience empowering clients of all ages through life's challenges. She believes the therapeutic relationship drives healing and growth, working to build trust and empathy with each client.

With expertise supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, Melanie respectfully incorporates each person's interests and strengths into therapy, fostering meaningful communication. For adults experiencing anxiety, depression or burnout, she creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard.

Melanie tailors evidence-based approaches including CBT and ACT to each client's needs. She strives to be a beacon of hope, particularly for those feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
