Medicare Psychologist Provider

Non-directive Pregnancy Support Psychologist

Telehealth available

My psychology practice empowers women to feel confident and hopeful as they navigate major life transitions.

Whether you're redefining your identity, processing relationship changes, starting a new career, stepping into motherhood, grieving, or facing the unexpected, these experiences can feel overwhelming.

Change brings fear, grief, and uncertainty. Its easy to feel tempted to give up, but you dont have to face this alone.

As a Generalist Psychologist, I help you clarify goals, heal emotional wounds, uncover strengths, and build resilience to create a life that aligns with who you are.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused techniques, tailored to your needs.

Together, well work toward a future where you feel confident and excited for whats ahead. I offer counselling in person at my Murrumbeena practice or online across Australia.
