I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families in individual, couples and group therapy settings. I am experienced in assisting clients with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex PTSD and personality disorders, as well as relationship, parenting or career-related issues. I use an integrative and strength-based approach to therapy and draw on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to meet your individual needs and to assist you to achieve your goals and potential, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, somatic and attachment informed approaches, systemic therapies and trauma-focused therapies, and I have a particular focus on schema therapy and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR). Most importantly, I am open-minded and provide a warm, safe, inclusive and welcoming space so that you can explore any issues and so that you can achieve your therapeutic goals in a safe and encouraging environment.
