Catherine is Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with a warm, accepting and empathetic approach. She works holistically with children, adolescents and adults to create a collaborative, person-centred therapeutic environment.
Catherine has worked in private practice, community and disability support settings. She has provided counselling and psychotherapy for people experiencing stress, anxiety, panic, agoraphobia, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, educational difficulties, work issues and mental health challenges.
Catherine utilises a number of therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, art therapy and play therapy. She believes in providing a strengths based, compassion focused, neurodiversity affirming practice to create a safe and empowering environment for people to explore their goals and life experiences.
