Beth is a registered Psychologist who has a passion for growth and development. She has over 15 years� experience working in the tertiary education context and beyond in private practice.
She applies the principles of positive psychology and utilises strengths and values-based approaches when working with clients to achieve enhanced wellbeing. She practices mindfulness meditation and engenders a Growth Mindset through her commitment to lifelong learning and openness to new and innovative approaches to practice. Beth draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Client Centred Therapy to support clients experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Vicarious Trauma, Stress and Burnout. Beth is registered to provide support to the Qld Ambulance Services, QLD Police Services, and QLD Fire & Emergency Services, she considers it a privilege and an honour to assist those who help others.
