I am a registered psychologist with a deep commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents, and adults across diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed principles and informed by over a decade of experience working in areas such as child protection, family violence services, neurodiversity and complex mental health presentations.
I draw from a range of therapeutic models including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT, adapting each approach to individual needs.
With a warm and respectful approach, I focus on building safety and trust in the relationship.
I also provide autism and psychological assessments, supporting clients and families in understanding developmental, cognitive, and functional profiles for both diagnostic and support-planning purposes, including NDIS access.
