I am an AHPRA registered psychologist (PhD Clinical Psychology), Medicare and NDIS provider with current availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays for in-person or Telehealth appointments.
I employ a holistic culturally sensitive approach, that is trauma-informed, strengths based, neuroaffirming and attachment aware. I help clients explore the meaning underlying symptoms, rather than focusing on symptom-reduction strategies per se.
I am committed to creating a person-centred, safe, non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative experience for self-exploration.
I draw from Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Compassion Focused Therapy, Adult Attachment Repair, Schema Therapy, Psychodrama, ACT and CBT.
My main areas of interest include supporting people with trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, existential problems, anger issues, grief, addiction, chronic pain, fatigue, LGBQTI+ related challenges, cancer patients and their families.
