Libbys approach is warm, collaborative, respectful and strengths based. Libby aims to empower clients by providing a safe space where clients can be curious about their experiences, understand their impact on the present moment, and develop skills to improve wellbeing.

Libby has a special interest in supporting clients experiencing difficulties associated with trauma, anxiety and depression, perinatal mental health, grief, relationship and family issues, and life stage transitions.

Libby�s therapeutic style is responsive to the specific needs of each client and is strongly influenced by attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. Libby draws on a range of evidence based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
