My therapeutic approach is one of curiosity, compassion and respect. I aim to provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions, tailored for each individual. I am committed to establishing a genuine therapeutic alliance from which to build shared understanding around presenting concerns, goals for treatment and treatment progress.
I am currently writing my PhD (Clinical Psychology) in the area of body image and more specifically, the cognitive-affective processes involved in body-focused checking behaviours. I also have an interest in the area of perinatal mental health and parent-child attachment, having completed an intensive training course in 2023 run by the Perinatal Training Centre in Australia.
