Megan has experience working in community mental health, hospital settings and private practice.
Megan has a particular interest in working with women and has done further training in perinatal mental health. Megan is passionate about working with women in the perinatal period (from trying to conceive to 12 months postpartum) and early parenthood, assisting clients to navigate the challenges that can accompany these phases of life.
Megan also has a strong interest in working with adolescents & young adults who are experiencing challenges with work/study stress, anxiety, panic disorder, depression, adjustment issues, identity challenges, relationship issues and grief and loss.
Megan employs a collaborative, evidence-based approach to treatment, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while providing a compassionate and non-judgement environment for clients.
