Kelsi is a warm and relatable clinical psychologist who works with adults.
Kelsi works with people experiencing a range of challenges, including PTSD and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and interpersonal and relationship challenges. Kelsi is particularly passionate about working with adult survivors of trauma. She has a special interest in providing longer term therapy, where the goals of treatment are related not only to symptom management, but also to the development of a greater insight into the self and to deep therapeutic and personal growth.
Kelsi tailors her approach to the needs and goals of her clients, recognising the importance of creating a safe therapeutic space and a strong working alliance with her clients. She draws primarily on evidence-based treatment strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
