Mina has a Masters in Developmental and Educational Psychology and experience in private practice, research and assessment settings. She supports adults and adolescents with a range of psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, grief, and life transitions. She also has experience assessing and working with neurodivergent clients, including providing ongoing ADHD support. Mina's approach is focused on supporting clients to identify clear goals for therapy, reach a deeper understanding of their psychological and behavioural patterns and factors maintaining their challenges, and use insights gained to support clients to achieve meaningful lasting change and confidence in maintaining their mental health.
