Hugh is an empathic and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who aims to work together with adult clients to understand and manage the problems they face. He has experience with a wide range of mental health challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and more. Hugh is particularly interested in working with people who are having trouble adjusting after stressful or traumatic life experiences. He also has a clinical interest in adult autism and ADHD. Hugh utilises a range of therapeutic approaches to understand and work with clients� problems, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. He welcomes enquiries from new clients.
