Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

Im a psychologist with a unique journey, blending a seasoned business perspective with a deep passion for helping others navigate lifes challenges. Originally a business professional, I spent years honing skills in strategy and leadership before a pivotal experience in my 40s shifted my path. Volunteering in an addiction recovery program opened my eyes to the profound impact of psychological support, inspiring me to retrain and dedicate my career to understanding the human mind.

My practice focuses on areas close to my heart: addictionparticularly pornography and drug dependencycouples therapy, depression, and anxiety. I bring an empathetic, evidence-based approach to my work, informed by my own life transitions and a commitment to seeing people thrive. My interests in evolutionary psychology and positive psychology shape my perspective, as I explore how our ancestral past influences modern struggles and how strengths-based strategies can foster resilience and growth.
