Chelsea works with people who are motivated to make meaningful change in their lives. Many of her clients come seeking to change how they feel or live - whether that's addressing longstanding emotional patterns, unhelpful behaviours, trouble in relationships, or experiencing a life that looks �on track� but doesn�t feel that way inside. Some of her clients seek to heal from past experiences. Others want to shift the way they respond to stress, work pressure, or address barriers to reaching their potential.

Chelsea takes a strongly personalised approach to therapy. She draws on Emotion Focussed Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and Coaching Psychology to meet each client�s unique needs and goals. She also offers CBT-Extended and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for individuals dealing with eating disorders and eating-related concerns
