Samantha Fredericks is a registered psychologist with an MBA and diverse experience in clinical and business environments. She is kind and compassionate, tailoring strategies for her clients so they feel heard, supported and empowered to create meaningful change, enhance their relationships, and achieve their goals.
Samantha works one-on-one with adults and adolescents with anxiety and panic disorders, depression, overwhelm, attention deficits, trauma, PTSD and complex presentations. She believes that we experience psychological distress when there�s a disconnect between where we find ourselves in our lives and relationships right now, what happened to us in the past, and what we worry may happen in the future.
Samantha�s integrated, person-centred approach draws from evidence-based psychotherapies to support clients to accept where we find ourselves, develop a deeper insight into what underlies our symptoms and how to improve our day-to-day functioning.
