Therapy may draw upon several approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Behavioural Analysis or Attachment-focused therapy in a systems framework.
