Penelope is a registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who holds full membership with the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and Associate Member of the College of Clinical Psychologists (MCCLP).
Penelope takes a collaborative and authentic approach to her work offering both practical and introspective techniques tailored to the individual. She sees individuals aged 17 and above.
She treats a wide range of concerns and has worked with mood disorders such as anxiety (health anxiety, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, and panic), depression, bipolar affective disorders, stress, emotional regulation, phobias, OCD, PTSD, C-PTSD, anger management, and personality disorders.
She has a particular interest in working with adult ADHD diagnosis and treatment, men�s mental health, and supporting women through peri-menopause and menopause.
