I will work alongside you to discover what it is that you need to live a fulfilling life, whatever shape that may take. This might involve reducing the impact of symptoms, developing insight into the origins of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, making sense of past experiences, clarifying what is important to you, and taking action that will lead you in the right direction.
I have worked across a number of public and private healthcare settings, which has given me exposure to complex and diverse mental health problems amongst adults of all ages.
